SMS program and how you opt in
This page describes the CallTextService text-messaging program. Reviewers and end users can read it without signing in.
Brand: CallTextService
Website: https://calltextservice.com
Use case: Account / job notifications

Two kinds of texts
Customer missed-call texts: sent to the number that just called a subscribed company’s forwarded line, with a booking link for that call. One message per missed call is typical.
Staff job alerts (this opt-in): optional texts to technicians or office staff when a job is assigned. Not required to buy or use the dispatch board.
SMS consent is not required to use the service
A company can request service, pay, accept Terms / Privacy, and go live without anyone agreeing to receive staff texts. Dispatchers and technicians can sign in and run jobs without SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How you opt in to staff texts
First-time opt-in uses an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default on https://calltextservice.com/register or on this page. After STOP, text START, YES, or UNSTOP to the same number to resubscribe.
Optional: opt in to CallTextService job-alert texts
This form is optional. Skip it if you only want the dispatch board. Use the board without SMS.
Sample staff message
New job — Rivera HVAC. Maria Chen · 412 Oak Street. Open job: https://calltextservice.com/app?job=… Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
HELP and STOP
HELP replies with support instructions for CallTextService. STOP cancels SMS from this program. We will not text that number again unless it is enrolled with new affirmative consent.
